We offer a flexible 7-day return and exchange window from the exact date your package is delivered.

Eligibility: To claim a successful return or size exchange, the oversized t-shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate: Simply reach out to our support team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will guide you through the process.
2. We’ve Got You Covered: Damaged or Wrong Products
We inspect every single piece before it leaves our facility. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong design/size, please don't worry—we are completely with you. We will replace it or refund you immediately.
To help us solve this for you as fast as possible, we just need a small proof of the issue:

What we need: A clear photograph or a short unboxing video showing the damage or the incorrect item.

Timeframe: Please share the photo or video with our team via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will arrange a fresh replacement or a full refund at absolutely zero extra cost to you.
3. Refund Timeline

Once your returned item reaches us and undergoes a quick quality check, your refund will be approved.

Prepaid Orders: The amount will be credited directly back to your original payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Credit Card) within 5-7 business days.

COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, our team will reach out to you to securely transfer the refund via UPI or Direct Bank Transfer.
